This expressive wildlife illustration features a curious red squirrel. The red squirrel is the UK's only native squirrel species, with the population declining due to habitat loss and competition from grey squirrels.

Drawn by hand using pastel pencils, this piece celebrates the red squirrel and helps to bring attention to such a beautiful declining species.
